The GXP is Sram/Truvativ own type of bb and is different to a shimano style hollowtech II in the way the cranks set fits. They will both fit a standard threaded frame

they are okk, the 8 is a bit better but could be so much better and there is a new 6 pack to the right on the 8 thats pretty fun
